1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 777sp website or mobile application, completing the registration process, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the platform in any capacity.

These terms form the complete agreement between you and 777sp regarding your use of the platform. 2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your contact details change, update them through your account settings or by contacting support. 777sp sends important notifications — including withdrawal confirmations and security alerts — to the contact details on your account.

Your account password must be kept confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 777sp will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you receive a communication claiming to be from 777sp that asks for your password, treat it as suspicious and report it to support.

• Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts detected will be closed.
• Account names cannot be transferred to another person.
• Players who self-exclude may not register a new account during the exclusion period.
• If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery process — do not create a new account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 777sp are processed in PKR. The supported payment methods are JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets as listed in the cashier section of your account. Available methods may change from time to time.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. 777sp does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges for which 777sp is not responsible.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. 777sp may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or where account activity warrants a review.

• You may only deposit and withdraw using payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support immediately if you make an incorrect deposit.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers.
• Balances that remain dormant for an extended period may be subject to inactivity review under the conditions stated in the account closure section.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

777sp offers bonuses, free bets and promotional credit from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, minimum odds and maximum bet sizes while a bonus is active. These are displayed at the point of claiming the offer and must be read before accepting a bonus.

General principles that apply to all bonus offers on 777sp:

• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. The order in which bonus and real funds are used for bets is governed by the specific offer terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section of 777sp covers cricket, Pakistan Super League, football, tennis, esports and other sports as listed in the betting section at any given time. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds fluctuate — the odds shown when you add a selection to your betslip may have changed by the time you confirm, particularly in in-play markets. The confirmed bet records the odds at the moment of acceptance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are shown in the betslip before confirmation.
• 777sp reserves the right to limit maximum payout amounts on individual bets or accumulators.
• If an event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market as detailed in the betting help section.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — 777sp reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Bets cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed. The only exception is where a cash-out feature is available and offered on a specific bet prior to settlement.

7 Casino and Game Rules

All casino games on 777sp — slots, live dealer tables, fish shooting games and any other game in the casino section — operate under specific game rules provided by the game supplier. These rules are available within each game. The platform acts as a distributor of these games and does not modify the underlying game mechanics.

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical game equipment operated by real dealers under supplier oversight.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round — such as a disconnection mid-spin or mid-hand — the round will be resolved according to the game provider's technical recovery rules. 777sp does not manually override game outcomes.

• Fish shooting games credit winnings to your PKR balance automatically upon successful creature capture. No separate redemption step is required.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 777sp. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may be suspended, closed and have its balance voided:

• Creating multiple accounts or assisting another person in registering an account to circumvent restrictions applied to an existing account.
• Using automated software, bots, AI tools or any scripted mechanism to place bets, spin games or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting pricing errors, game bugs or system malfunctions to generate winnings that would not be possible under correct operating conditions.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage — including chip-dumping, sharing card information, coordinating bets.
• Any activity that constitutes, facilitates or is connected to match-fixing or the corruption of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Providing false identity information, using someone else's payment account, or misrepresenting your age during registration or verification.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

777sp reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe that a breach of these terms has occurred or is ongoing. Where an account is closed for a breach, the remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Where a player requests self-exclusion under the responsible gaming framework, the account will be suspended for the requested period and cannot be reactivated early.

• Upon voluntary closure with no outstanding terms violations, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as stated in the account settings section.
